four-row cylindrical roller Bearing assembly
Timken’s four-row cylindrical roller bearings are designed for the rigors of daily use in applications where moderate and high speeds, high radial loads, elevated temperatures and debris are constant challenges. Designed with well-balanced cross sections, these bearings provide high-radial-load capacity within the bearing envelope. The radial internal clearance (RIC) for the bearing assembly must be included when ordering either a) the complete assembly or b) with the inner-ring set.Four-row cylindrical roller bearings are used almost exclusively for the roll necks of rolling mill stands, calenders and roller presses. Because they are normally mounted with an interference fit on the roll neck, four-row cylindrical roller bearings are well suited for rolling mill applications where the rolling speed is high.Because four-row cylindrical roller bearings can accommodate only radial loads, they are mounted together with deep groove or angular contact ball bearings, or with tapered roller bearings (either radial or thrust design) which accommodate the axial loads. We are Pioneer in Supplying the MultiRow Bearings Specially designed to be used in Rollings Mills, Apart from these we also supply Four Row Taper Roller Bearings, Double Row Angular Contact Ball bearings and Deep Groove Ball bearings which are the integral set of the the Roll Assembly. These Bearings are made of Case Hardened steel (case Carburisation Heat Treatment) to provide more durability to absorb the impact and shock load while bar enter the roll stand.
